Freedom flight day, freedom for Amy,a dog used for years to breed puppies in a horror show South Korean meat farm.A dog that only is alive because she was more fertile than most, stronger, more resilient, because she produced countless puppies to be made into dog meat soup.A dog that lived on steel grated paw ripping hell, breathing in years of decaying shit and piss below, surviving on garbage and dead cage mates, shivering in fear, in cold, panting in stagnant heat,hearing screams of pain, the sound of bones shattering,demons cackling.Her face is why we save the few we can, it answers those who question why we pay butchers to rescue only a few,her eyes share her past, as her bright future awaits.She is the first older breeding tosa that I’ve brought to Oregon, this is special, beautiful and her past is just that.Amy
